SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
I currently require a flat rate $5 shipping fee for US orders via USPS or UPS, with an additional $1 added per item purchased. For international orders I require a $10 flat rate shipping fee, plus $2 per additional item purchased.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check junk mail folders if the email hasn’t arrived within the estimated business days & allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE INTERNATIONAL TRACKING, TAXES & CUSTOMS?
International orders will be sent via USPS or UPS. Please allow 12-19 business days for your order to arrive. The tracking number provided can be used on the main postal website of the country your order is being delivered to. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) original price. I have no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country but I will do my best to provide all relevant duty information when processing orders.
CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?
Please be considerate before purchasing artwork, as I am unable to offer refunds due to change of mind. Original artwork sales are final. If you would like to return a print, a fee of 20% of the print cost will be applied due to the cost of printing & supplies. I am also more than happy to exchange a print for you, although since my prints are made to order with a local printer, the above fee will still apply for exchanges because I do not keep any copies in stock at the studio.
**Keep in mind Digital Downloads are not physical products, meaning they will not be shipped & cannot be returned. Once you’ve purchased a digital download, the sale is final & you will receive a link to download the artwork, so you may print it yourself online or at your local print shop. Digital downloads are for private, non-commercial use only, and your purchase does not grant you any rights to personal or public promotional use. You may not resell redistribute, copy, or use any artwork (digital or physical) by Darcy Nellis for commercial exploitation.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRINT?
Please open and inspect your prints immediately upon receiving them. I accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. If an email regarding your return is not received within 7 days, I will be unable to process a return, so promptness is necessary! Please note the above restocking fee. This timeline is subject to change during holidays. For example, if your exchange is not returned to my studio via mail before December 13th, you may not receive it before Christmas, due to shipping time.
WHAT PACKAGING DO I USE TO RETURN MY PRINT?
I ask that you please return your print in its original packaging. For example, if your print was sent in a tube, it will need to be returned with both caps, in the same protective packaging. If your print arrives damaged or torn, I cannot issue you a refund. I can provide a new shipping return label for you with the same original dimensions only, if requested. If you do not have the original packaging, you will need to purchase a sturdy mailer or tube at the post office as well as postage.
WHEN WILL MY REPLACEMENT ARTWORK SHIP / WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your replacement artwork and / or refund will be sent after I have received your return in the mail. Communication of reasoning for the return is also required via email.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Unfortunately, once your order has left my studio, I cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of USPS, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered cannot be replaced. If this is the case, please contact the post office or UPS immediately. Please also check your confirmation email to be sure you included the correct address, as it is possible the package could be returned to my studio due to inaccurate information & if so, I would be happy to resend it to the correct address once I receive it back. Otherwise, please contact me and we can discuss your options.
